Your personal bridal consultant will contact you to discuss any concerns you may have and give you your personal authorisation code. (Return postage paid by customer) The gown must be retuned back in its original condition, packaging, and all contents included.

Once we have received your gown back the customer care team will unpack and it review your purchase.

A refund will be administered, minus $100 for processing and handling.
